Nisha Aggarwal comes with an extensive legal and compliance experience in the development sector. She has provided legal handholding to prominent national and international organization in the Indian charity sector. An expert in charity laws and their implementation, Nisha and her team has been instrumental in educating NGO’s, foundations & corporates on the nuanced aspects of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act,2010, Income Tax,1961 and Corporate Social Responsibility laws. She has taken numerous capacity building workshops for SAGA and constantly contributes on research papers and books on legal issues.

Nisha is a member of the study group on cooperatives and NPO’s of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
